Rules• Camp fires are only allowed in designated locations and shall not be lit during excessively windy and dry conditions.• • Bornfires are not allowed• • Do not enter or use any docks. All docks are privately owned and are not for use by guest of Deep Bend Landing. Management cannot insure the integrity of any dock nor be held responsible for any failure.• • No life guards are available; therefore all water activities are at your own risk. The river is publicly owned and as such regulated by local, state and federal authorities. Therefore; management has no authority to control or regulate any activities carried out on the river and will not be held liable for any injury or death as a result of any accident.• • Pursuant to Article 7 Chapter 4 Title 27 of the Ga Code, management shall not be liable for any injury or death as a result of fishing.• • Guest will insure that all of their visitors and family are aware of rules.• • A $100.00 deposit is required for all lodging. The deposit will be refunded within five days of your checkout, providing your reservation was kept, there was no damage to the premises and the property was left clean. Otherwise, the deposit or a portion of the deposit will be withheld.
• We have a VERY STRICT cleaning refund policy because we do not automatically charge a clean fee. Therefore: if you leave the house dirty, towel and/or lien full of sand, dirt or pet hair you will be charged.• • Cancellation: Deposit refunds will be issued providing reservations are cancelled at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations less than 3 days will result in a 50% forfeiture of deposit. No Shows will result in a forfeit of deposit. • • Check in is at 2:30 pm and check out is at 12:00 pm unless prior arrangements are made at time of reservation.• • Use of boat ramps are at guest risk,management shall not be liable for accidents or injury • • All lodging during holiday weekends requires a minimum of two nights stay• • Please Do Not rake property yards as it promotes erosion• • Management reserve the right to deny services and/or demand that you vacate property at the sole discretion of management. Special occasion rates and deposits are $100.00 above shelf rates. (reunions, weddings, etc).
