My husband and I had originally planned on staying here a month but fell in love with the place and ended up extending a couple of months. The owner and the camp host are both wonderful and very helpful, I can't say enough nice things about them! The campsites all have fire pits and are clean and spacious, and even the inland sites are only a quick walk from the river, which is great for fishing and kayaking. There are also two cabins available. The campgrounds are beautiful, have plenty of trees and is very peaceful and quiet. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you're in the area or looking for peace and quiet, stop by and you won't be disappointed. The owner Ron and camp host Paul were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy campers. The campgrounds are tidy in a beautiful wooded area along the Satilla River and the sites are HUGE! By far the most spacious sites we've stayed at so far. We came for a month but stayed for 5 and if I could I would have stayed longer. Usually very peaceful and quiet but occasionally can get busy on weekends, although nothing crazy. Well worth the trip off the beaten path - this place is truly a hidden gem."Danni★★★★★
